("PJ White"), headquartered and operating a distribution centre\n located in Vancouver (B.C.). This company also operates three other\n distribution centres in Victoria (B.C.), Edmonton and Calgary\n (Alberta). PJ White distributes a diversified range of materials,\n decorative products as well as hardware products targeted to\n manufacturers and residential and commercial woodworkers. For\n Richelieu, this transaction represents additional sales of more than\n $30 million on an annualized basis.\n\n\nPJ White's operations are fully compatible with those of Richelieu.\n Through this acquisition, the Company strengthens its presence in\n Western Canada by integrating four new distribution centres into its\n network, benefiting from the new team's expertise and adding new\n products and a new customer base.\n\n\nRichelieu also announces it has signed new agreements for three upcoming\n acquisitions.
