Antoine Auclair appointed Richelieu Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Auclair will thereby replace Alain Giasson, who is leaving\n the position he held since 2004 at Richelieu to meet new challenges as\n an investor-entrepreneur, as announced last July. This appointment will\n take effect on November 21, 2011. As such, Mr. Auclair will report\n directly to Richard Lord, President and Chief Executive Officer, and\n will be a member of Richelieu's Management Committee.\n\n\nPrior to joining Richelieu's management, Mr. Auclair held the position\n of Vice-President and Controller at CAE Inc. since 2006. His solid\n experience was also acquired in several management and finance related\n positions within major corporations such as Bell Nordiq and Bombardier\n Aerospace. \n\n\nProfile\n\n\nRichelieu is a leading North American distributor, importer and\n manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products.
