Ribbon Communications is dedicated to assisting the world's largest service providers, enterprises, and critical infrastructure operators in modernizing and safeguarding their networks and services.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Third Quarter 2025 Highlights\n \n \n Financial Highlights\n ¹:\n \n \n Revenue was $215 million, compared to $210 million for the third quarter of 2024\n GAAP Operating Income was $3 million, compared to a loss of $1 million for the third quarter of 2024\n Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA was $29 million, compared to $30 million for the third quarter of 2024\n GAAP Gross Margin was 50.1%, compared to 52.1% for the third quarter of 2024\n Non-GAAP Gross Margin was 52.6%, compared to 55.3% for the third quarter of 2024\n \n \"Ribbon delivered solid results in the third quarter, with sales growing 2% year over year, an increase of 6% year to date. IP Optical Networks sales grew 11% year over year in the quarter with strong growth in EMEA and India. Cloud & Edge sales year to date have increased more than 8% with sales to Global Service Providers continuing to grow.
