(TSX-V: SMP) (\"Strata\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that the Western Australia Department of Mines\n and Petroleum has granted three tenements on the Company's 80% owned\n Cardabia Phosphate Project located near Exmouth in Western Australia\n (the \"Cardabia Project\").  Two of these tenements (E08/2301 and\n E08/2302) cover the entire area subject to the planned Phase 1 field\n work on the Cardabia Project.
