(TSX-V: SMP) (\"Strata\" or the \"Company\") announces that it has relinquished the Mornington tenement.  This decision was\n based on the results of the 2011 fieldwork undertaken on the property\n and the need to re-prioritize the Company's projects following the\n acquisition of the Cardabia Project announced on February 7, 2012.
