The Report may be found under the Company's profile at \nwww.sedar.com.\n\nThe independent report, dated October 14, 2014 (effective September 11, 2014), entitled \"Technical Report, Diamond Mountain Phosphate Project, Uintah County, Utah\" was authored by Lawrence D. Henchel, P.Geo., PG, Vice President \nGeological Services with Norwest Corporation, and provides detail to the disclosure contained in the Company's press release dated September 11, 2014. \n\nHighlights of the Diamond Mountain phosphate resource include: \n\n\nOverall Measured & Indicated resources of 33.9 million tonnes with an average grade of 19.75% P2O5 and average ore thickness of 4.46 metres.\n\nOverall Inferred resources of 27.1 million tonnes with an average grade of 19.72% P2O5 and average ore thickness of 4.41 metres.\n\nThe resource lies at depths below surface ranging from approximately 90 metres to 350 metres with an average dip from north to south of 8 degrees.\n\n\nLawrence D.
