(TSX-V: JBZ) ("JBZ") is pleased to provide additional information in connection with\n its acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Strata\n Minerals Limited ("Strata") pursuant to a previously announced share\n purchase agreement (the "Acquisition").  On closing of the Acquisition,\n Strata became a wholly-owned subsidiary of JBZ Capital.  JBZ shares\n will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker\n symbol "JBZ".  Trading of the JBZ shares will resume April 26, 2011.\n\n\nStrata is an emerging, Australasia focused, agricultural nutrient\n company.  Based in Perth Australia, Strata is exploring for commercial\n scale phosphate rock mineralization deposits.  Strata also intends to\n broaden its focus to include other agricultural nutrients such as\n potash and lime.  Strata is currently working on five phosphate\n exploration projects comprising over 1,600 square kilometres in Western\n Australia and Queensland.\n\n\nStrata's lead project is a 100% interest in the Mornington tenement\n located in Western Australia.  The Mornington project covers 347 square\n kilometres and is located in the southern part of the Kimberly Basin. \n More information on the Mornington project can be found in the NI\n 43-101 which has been posted on Strata's website at www.strat...
