(TSX-V: JBZ) ("JBZ") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Strata\n Minerals Limited ("Strata"), has entered into a loan agreement (the\n "Loan") with Fertoz Pty Ltd ("Fertoz") a private Australian company. \n Fertoz has a focus on diversified fertiliser nutrients including\n phosphate, potash and lime.  Fertoz's project portfolio consists of 6\n projects covering an area of approximately 35,000 square kilometres,\n principally in the Northern Territory, Australia.\n\n\nUnder the terms of the agreement, Strata will advance A$500,000 by way\n of a secured bridge loan maturing on September 30, 2011.  A condition\n of the Loan is that the Fertoz directors also advance A$500,000 on the\n same terms and conditions as the Loan.  The total proceeds of A$1\n million will be used by Fertoz to fund their current exploration\n program.  Under certain circumstances, both Strata and the Fertoz\n directors may be required to fund an additional A$500,000 each on the\n same terms and conditions as the initial advance.  Strata will advance\n the loan from available working capital that will not compromise the\n exploration programs currently underway on its existing projects.\n\n\nAs part of the Loan arrangement, Strata and Fertoz have agreed to a 4\n week exclusivity agreement whereby both parties will...
