VANCOUVER, Nov. 4, 2011 /CNW/ - JBZ Capital Inc. (TSX-V: JBZ) is pleased to announce that, following the receipt of shareholder approval, it has formally changed its named to Strata Minerals Inc. ("Strata"). In addition, Strata's ticker symbol has been changed to SMP and it is expected that the Strata shares will start trading under the new ticker symbol on Tuesday, November 8, 2011.
