("JBZ") (TSXV: JBZ.P)\n today announced that, in connection with the reverse takeover of JBZ by\n Strata Minerals Limited ("Strata") on April 21, 2011, Davidson &\n Company LLP ("Davidson") has resigned as JBZ's auditor. The board of\n directors of JBZ has, subject to compliance with all applicable\n statutory requirements, appointed BDO Canada LLP ("BDO") as the\n successor auditor. Davidson's resignation and the appointment of BDO\n are each effective as of June 30, 2011.\n\n\nThere have been no reservations contained in Davidson's reports on any\n of JBZ's financial statements relating to the financial years ended\n January 31, 2010 or January 31, 2011 or any subsequent period, and\n there are no reportable events (as defined in section 4.11 of National\n Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("NI 51-102")) between JBZ and Davidson.
