[{"type":"text","content":"Gitennes to Conduct Geophysical Survey on Previously Unsurveyed Target Areas on the JMW Gold Property, Chapais-Chibougamau Area, Quebec\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver, B.C. -\n \n \n TheNewswire\n \n \n -\n \n \n January 21\n \n \n , 2021: Gitennes\nExploration Inc.\n \n \n (\"Gitennes\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n –\n \n \n (TSXV:GIT)\n \n \n (OTC:GILXD)\n \n \n announces that it will\nconduct an Induced Polarization (“IP”) survey on its 100% owned\n \n \n JMW\n \n \n gold property located\n \n \n in the Chapais-Chibougamau area of Quebec\n(Figure 1)\n \n \n .  The IP survey will cover the three\ndistinct types of mineralization that the Company has identified\nf\n \n \n ro\n \n \n m\n \n \n the\n \n \n recent review of work by previous\noperators.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n Figure 1: JMW Property Location Map with Significant\nExploration in the Area\n \n \n \n \n Past IP surveys and drilling on the property focussed\non a narrow, 1.5 kilometre strip in the vicinity of the Guercheville\nfault zone.  This covers less than 50% of the existing property.\n The new IP survey will verify data from the previous survey as well\nas add data on previously uncovered parts of the property.\n \n \n \n \n Gitennes has completed an extensive review of previous\nwork on JMW including geology, geophysical\n \n \n \n \n surveys\n \n \n and\ndrilling.  Based on\n \n \n the\n \n \n review three models are being used to\n \n \n plan this\nand future\n \n \n explor\n \n \n ation\nprogrammes on\n \n \n JMW\n \n \n (see\nFigure 2)\n \n \n :\n \n \n \n \n Target 1: Drilling in the 1980’s was relatively\nshallow and gold intersections have demonstrated good widths 9-12\nmetres with grades from 0.5 to 0.8 g/t gold.  This could indicate\nthat drilling intersected the peripheral margin of more significant\ngrades, possibly at depth ;\n \n \n \n \n Target 2: More recently, work by other operators has\nfocussed on areas north of the 1980’s drilling.  Grab samples\nincluded; 5.02, 4.83, and 4.08 g/t gold in intrusive rocks with quartz\nveining and disseminated pyrite as well as altered porphyritic rocks\nwith quartz veining and pyrite mineralization;\n \n \n \n \n Target 3: Exploration on strike with the JMW...
