Gitennes Exploration - TSX Listing Review

VANCOUVER, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - Gitennes Exploration Inc. (TSX: GIT) (the "Company") has been advised by the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") that the TSX is reviewing the eligibility for continued listing on the TSX of the common shares of the Company. It is the Company's understanding that the TSX is primarily concerned with the Company's market capitalization, which is currently below the minimum required level of Cdn$3 million. The Company has been granted 210 days in which to regain compliance with these requirements, pursuant to the TSX's Remedial Review Process.
