[{"type":"text","content":"Gitennes Contracts Drilling Company for First Phase Diamond Drill Programme, New Mosher Gold Property, Chapais-Chibougamau area, Quebec\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver, B.C. -\n \n \n TheNewswire\n-\n \n \n April 6\n \n \n , 2021 - Gitennes\nExploration Inc.\n \n \n (\"Gitennes\" or the\n\"Company\")\n \n \n (TSXV:GIT)\n \n \n (OTC:GILXF)\n \n \n announces that\n \n \n \n \n RJLL Drilling will conduct the\nCompany’s first phase of diamond drilling at the New Mosher gold\nproperty\n \n \n in the Chapais-Chibougamau area of\nQuebec (see Figure 2).  The first phase of drilling is planned for a\nminimum of 2,500 metres and is expected to commence in mid-April.\n Diamond drilling will initially target areas of\n \n \n I\n \n \n nduced\n \n \n P\n \n \n olarization\n \n \n ,\n \n \n (“IP”) high\nchargeability\n \n \n ,\n \n \n geophysical\nanomalies that are associated with historic gold values\n \n \n in diamond drilling\n \n \n .  The identified\nchargeability anomalies are similar in orientation\n \n \n and intensity\n \n \n to gold bearing\nstructures at the nearby Joe Mann Mine.  New Mosher is located three\nkilometres from the past producing\n \n \n ,\n \n \n Joe Mann Mine which produced approximately 1.2 million\nounces of gold at an average grade of 8.3 g/t gold\n \n \n (1)\n \n \n plus silver and copper.\n \n \n \n \n The upcoming drill programme will be the first diamond\ndrilling on the New Mosher Property since the late 1980’s.  Two\nprevious drill programmes consisting of limited shallow drill holes\nintersected gold on two of the Gitennes IP anomalies.\n \n \n Many additional IP anomalies have been\n \n \n detected\n \n \n both historically and in a\nrecent survey and will be tested with the present drill\nprogramme.\n \n \n \n \n Diamond drilling i\n \n \n n\nthe 1980’s intersected (\n \n \n see\n \n \n Anomaly A,\n \n \n F\n \n \n igure\n1):\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - 8.1 g/t gold over 0.25\nmetres\n \n \n ;\n \n \n \n \n - 1.87 g/t gold over 5.1\nmetres\n \n \n \n \n \n \n In the mid-1950’s drilling intersected gold in four\nof five holes (\n \n \n see\n \n \n Anomaly\nB,\n \n \n F\n \n \n igure 1):\n \n \n \n \n \n \n - 3.40 g/t over 0.7m* at a down-hole\ndepth of 65.2m,\n \n \n \n \n - 1.28 g/t over 3.0m* at a d...
