Gitennes announces equity financing

(TSX-GIT) announces\nthat it intends to undertake a private placement financing of up to 10,000,000\nunits at a price of $ 0.10 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common\nshare and one share-purchase warrant that is exercisable within 12 months of\nclosing at $ 0.20. Common shares will be subject to normal re-sale\nrestrictions for up to four months from the date of issue. Insiders of the\nCompany may subscribe for up to 10% of the units.\n\n\nFinder's fees may be payable on a portion of the financing to registered\ndealers who assist in the placement.
