(TSXV: GIT) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreements to acquire\n exploration rights to two important properties situated on the Battle\n Mountain - Eureka Trend near Ely, Nevada. Both properties are\n accessible year round by paved highway and local roads leading south\n from Ely.\n\n\nSilver King Property - Copper, Gold, Silver\n\n\nThe Silver King property comprises 19 original claims that the Company\n has now increased to 164 claims (by staking) and is 1,300 hectares in\n size.\n\n\nThe project area is underlain by thick sections of Paleozoic carbonate\n rocks which elsewhere host many of Nevada's open pit gold mines. At\n Silver King these carbonate rocks are intruded by a northwest-trending\n belt of Tertiary, multi-phase porphyry intrusive rocks that are thought\n to be directly related to mineralization.\n\n\nThe original Silver King mine was sporadically developed in the 1870 to\n 1930's by selective mining of high grade silver, lead and zinc\n mineralization along narrow veins adjacent to highly altered dykes.\n Select dump samples from the workings have been reported to contain up\n to 0.11 oz/ton Au, 55 oz/ton Ag and 1.7% Cu, along with significant Zn\n and Pb values.
