On the subject of her appointment\nJan Gray said, "Working with Resverlogix represents an exciting opportunity\nfor me. The Company has done a wonderful job moving forward its lead drug into\nclinical trials. I expect the next foreseeable future to be both busy and very\nexciting. I am delighted to be joining the Board of Resverlogix."\n\n\n"Jan's background as a chartered accountant adds a new skill set to the\ncurrent Board of Directors, which is fundamental to the operation of the group\nin today's complex financial reporting environment. In addition to her duties as a Board member Jan\nwill provide sound counsel to our audit committee."\n\n\nJan Gray, CA is a practicing chartered accountant who specializes in\nadvising high net worth individuals with complex financial, investment and\ntaxation issues. She is also Executive Vice-President and Treasurer of\nCartwright Canada Inc., a legal publishing company and Controller of Felesky\nFlynn LLP, a regional Alberta law firm. Ms. Gray's prior experience includes\nbeing a former Vice President and Controller of GE Capital Canada and previous\nto this she worked for Ernst & Young where she was a Manager in the National\nAccounting Group providing quality assurance on large public practice\nengagements.\n\n\nMs. Gray currently serves on the board of directors of GE Money Trust\nCompany, a unit of General Electric Company and the Auxilium Foundation where\nshe administers the multi-million dollar charitable fund.
