[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9271O Restore PLC 26 September 2013 \n \n\n26 September 2013\n \nRestore plc (\"Restore\" or the \"Company\")\nNotification of Secondary Placing of Shares\nRestore has been notified that Geraldton Services Inc (\"Geraldton\"), which held 32,630,904 ordinary shares, representing 43.6 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital following a placing yesterday through Cenkos Securities at a price of 131 pence per share.\n \nCommenting on this secondary placing, Charles Skinner, Chief Executive of Restore, said:\n \n\"We are very pleased with the level of demand we have received from new and existing institutional investors and the enlargement of our shareholder base that this placing brings to our share register. The increase in the free float following the placing will provide additional liquidity to our shareholders and should assist Restore in achieving its longer-term strategic aims as the Company enters the next phase of its growth.
