Creation of ESG Committee and Appointment of Committee Chair

 

Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services, is pleased announce that it has formed a new Board sub-committee to oversee the Group's previously reported Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") strategy, 'Restoring our World'.

 

The newly created ESG Committee will be chaired by Lisa Fretwell, Non-Executive Director, and will report to the Board on progress in Restore's mission to become a Net Zero organisation by 2035 and on other critical progress on  the Group's ESG objectives.
