Radstone Technology PLC 6 July 2000 Radstone Technology PLC ('the Company') Director's Dealing The Company was informed today that Mr J L Perrin, a director of Radstone Technology PLC, has today sold 8,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1.80 per Ordinary Share. This was a discretionary transaction undertaken to finance the exercise of options by Mr Perrin, announced yesterday. Following this transaction, Mr Perrin has an interest in 323,600 Ordinary Shares representing 1.34 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
