Mr Samson, who is a Chartered Accountant, has been Executive Chairman for the past 12 months of Peter Cox, the property restoration subsidiary of Restore.\n \nMr Samson, aged 53, has held various CEO and Finance Director positions including Group Chief Executive of Latium Group, where he was also Managing Director of Ultraframe Limited. He was also Finance Director and subsequently Chief Executive of The Gardiner Group plc, the listed support services company. He is also Non Executive Chairman of Cheshire Sport Ltd, owner of Premiership Rugby Union club Sale Sharks.\n \nCommenting on the appointment Charles Skinner, Chief Executive of Restore, said: \"I am delighted that Harvey is joining our Board and his experience and knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to grow the Group.
