He will be succeeded as Chairman from 1 January 2018 by Martin Towers, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2017. \n \nCommenting, Charles Skinner said:\n \n\"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Sir William for his leadership over the past eight years and the significant contribution he has made to the strong growth of Restore during that time.
