[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6335O Restore PLC 21 May 2018 \n\n21 May 2018\n \nRestore plc\n \nAGM Statement\n \n \nAt the Annual General Meeting of Restore plc (\"Restore\" or \"the Group\"), to be held later today at Cenkos, 6-8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS, the Chairman, Martin Towers, will make the following statement:\n \n\"2018 trading has started satisfactorily across the Group and our expectations for the full year remain unchanged. \n \nIn our Document Management division, our core records management business continues to trade well. As previously announced, we completed the acquisition of TNT Business Solutions on 30 April. Restore Datashred, our shredding business, delivered lower operating margins than budgeted in the first quarter and steps have been taken to improve margins in the second quarter. Restore Digital, our scanning business, continues to trade satisfactorily.\n \nRestore Harrow Green, our office relocations business, which comprises the largest part of our Relocation division, continues to trade well.
