The acquisition was funded from Restore's existing bank facilities.\n \nCharles Skinner, Chief Executive of Restore, commented:\n \n\"The addition of Baxter Confidential and its site in Winchester broadens Restore Datashred's customer base in Southern England and strengthens our branch network.
