This\nincludes progressing the metallurgical testwork and appointing\nindustry leading technical experts to advance mining studies,\nenvironmental assessments and project approvals.\n \n\n\n\n Highlights\n \n\n\n Following the announcement dated 18\n \n\n th\n \n\n July 2024 of\nthe 1.7 billion tonne, maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate\n(“\n \n\n MRE\n \n\n ”) of Measured, Indicated and Inferred Resource for the\nTiros Project\n \n\n\n\n 1\n \n\n\n\n , Resouro has\nadvanced the following key activities:\n \n\n\n\n 1.\n \n\n Progressed first phase\nmetallurgical testwork for the Tiros Project Central Block resource:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Near completion of non-conventional first phase rare\nearth testwork with our partner, Altilium Group Ltd. (\n \n\n Altilium\n \n\n ”) with\nresults expected imminently;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Commenced conventional rare earth metallurgical\ntestwork with our partners, Centre for Intelligent Technologies (CIT)\nSenai (\n \n\n CIT Senai\n \n\n ”) and SGS S.A. Laboratories (“\n \n\n SGS\n \n\n ”), in Belo\nHorizonte, Brazil;\n \n\n\n\n\n\n 2.\n \n\n Appointed Atticus to complete\ninitial mine planning activities as part of the Preliminary Economic\nAssessment (“\n \n\n PEA\n \n\n ”) for Tiros;\n \n\n\n\n 3.\n \n\n Appointed Ausenco Limited\n(“\n \n\n Ausenco\n \n\n ”) to lead and manage the PEA for Tiros;\n \n\n\n\n 4.\n \n\n Appointed CLAM Meio Ambiente\n(“\n \n\n CLAM\n \n\n ”) environmental and social consultants to complete an\nEnvironmental Assessment as part of the project permitting and\napprovals process; and\n \n\n\n\n 5.\n \n\n Positive engagement with\nregulatory authorities in Minas Gerais, le...
