Uranium Hunter Corporation (OTC Pink: URHN) wishes to announce that it has issued a letter to shareholders from President, Gregory Ellis. The text of the letter appears below.

As your new president of Uranium Hunter I wanted the opportunity to address the continued direction of the company and our future prospects.

Here are a few of the highlights:

Our primary project is located in Guyana, in the Cuyuni basin of that country. The mineralization based on preliminary results is extensive and presents a solid opportunity for the company going forward. In addition through our extensive network of contacts we are exploring potential sites in Cameroon and the Central African Republic and should have news on that front in the very near future.

To assist us in facilitating our corporate goals we are in the process of securing additional funding for the business and anticipate an announcement in the very near future regarding this.

It is our intention to look at possible mergers and acquisitions in the mining industry in both South America and Africa to enhance and grow our business.

The future for Uranium Hunter is very promising and our dedicated team of professionals will be working for the company and you, our shareholders to enhance the value of the Company and the value of our stock.
