(CSE:RSS, OTCQX: RSASF), a cloud-based social business platform for the real estate services industry, is pleased to announce that it has today acquired Real-Block Inc. (“RBI”), a company holding a real estate blockchain application.\n\n \n\nFollowing an extensive due diligence period that began in late 2017, RESAAS and RBI have today executed and closed a definitive share purchase agreement for the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of RBI.
