He held various roles within the Rentokil Initial group over that time. \n \nHe will be succeeded by Daragh Fagan, Group General Counsel, who takes on the additional responsibility of Company Secretary from today.\n \nDaragh Fagan joined the Company in 2013 from Thomson Reuters where he was General Counsel, Europe & Asia, and previously General Counsel, EMEA of Reuters Group plc.
