Results of Annual General Meeting
The Board of RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 December 2024, which was held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
