Purchases of Shares by Directors
RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces that Graham Duncan, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 October 2025. Mr Duncan now has a total interest in 633,333 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 0.51% of the voting rights in the Company.
Additionally, the Company announces that Kieron Becerra, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 44,445 Ordinary Shares on 13 October 2025. Mr Becerra now has a total interest in 2,100,000 Ordinary Shares, which is equivalent to 1.68% of the voting rights in the Company.
