Change of Auditor

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK¹ private rental sector, announces that following a tender process it will be appointing RPG Crouch Chapman LLP ("RPGCC") as the Company's auditor, succeeding HaysMac LLP.

RPGCC will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2025. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, RPGCC's re-appointment will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.
