This amendment represents the first amendment made for the Warrants and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (\"\n \n TSXV\n \n \").\n \n \n The original expiry date of the Warrants was\n \n October 20, 2023\n \n at\n \n 5:00 p.m.\n \n (\n \n Calgary\n \n time). The new expiry date of the Warrants is\n \n \n October 20, 2025\n \n \n at\n \n 5:00 p.m.\n \n (\n \n Calgary\n \n time). All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged.
