[{"type":"text","content":"\n Renew Holdings PLC\n17 April 2008\n\n\n\nRenew Holdings plc\n('Renew' or the 'Company')\n\nRe OFT Investigation\n\n\nRenew notes the announcement today from the Office of Fair Trading ('OFT')\nregarding its investigation into tender activities within the construction\nsector.\n\nRenew, which announced in June 2007 that one of its subsidiaries (Allenbuild\nLimited) had been contacted by the OFT in relation to some historic contract\ntenders, has been and remains fully committed to co-operating with the OFT in\nits ongoing investigation.
