[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 3 April 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Renew Holdings plc\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n (\"Renew\" or the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n H1 Trading Update & Notice of Results\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, today provides an update on trading for the six months ended\n31 March 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Board is pleased to confirm that trading for the first half of the year is in-line with management's expectations. The Group's healthy order book continues to be underpinned by long-term framework positions and is expected to be similar to that reported at our AGM in January. The Group remains net cash positive with cash generation in-line as planned.
