[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7351U\n Renew Holdings PLC\n 06 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n 6 December 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Renew Holdings plc \n \n \n \n \n \n Final Results Revised Date\n \n \n \n \n \n Renew Holdings plc (\"Renew\"), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, today announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the full year ended 30 September 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's auditor, KPMG LLP, has requested an additional 48 hours to complete its procedures because of the practical challenges of virtual working in the current pandemic environment.
