Clinical experts shared patient case studies drawing from their experience adding KidneyIntelX into clinical care. The KidneyIntelX enabled care pathway being implemented in the Mount Sinai Health System is a model that can be used in implementing the new Veterans Health Administration CKD Directive and joint VA and Department of Defense guideline, driving care earlier to prevent progression and kidney failure.
