[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0262T\n Renalytix PLC\n 19 November 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Renalytix plc\n \n \n (\"Renalytix\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Publication of Annual Report 2021 \n \n \n and Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n \n LONDON and SALT LAKE CITY, November 19, 2021 - \n \n Renalytix plc (NASDAQ: RNLX) (LSE: RENX) announces that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2021 and the Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have now been published on the Company's website in accordance with AIM Rule 20: \n \n \n \n https://investors.renalytix.com/news-and-events/documents-and-presentations\n \n \n \n \n \n \n The 2021 Annual Report and \n the Notice of AGM \n will be posted to shareholders who have not consented to receive electronic communications.\n \n \n \n \n \n The AGM will be held in-person on 17 December 2021 at 3.00p.m. (GMT) at 6 Stratton Street Mayfair, London W1J 8LD. \n \n \n \n \n \n Any Shareholder intending to attend will need to register first by contacting Walbrook PR via email at \n [email protected]\n or by telephone at +44 (0)20 7933 8790. If you are planning to attend in-person, please provide details for track and trace to Walbrook PR. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Directors consider that the proposed resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting are in the best interests of the Company and shareholders as a whole and unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of them, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Proxy voting\n \n \n \n \n You will not receive a hard copy form of proxy for the Annual General Meeting in the post.
