("Solid" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: SRW; Frankfurt: A0BLQQ) announces further results of its Annual General and Special Meeting on\n December 13, 2010. As announced on December 15, 2010, all of the\n resolutions proposed to the shareholders detailed in the Notice of\n Annual General and Special Meeting of Solid Resources Ltd. dated\n November 18, 2010, were duly passed.\n\n\nResolutions which were passed included:\n\n\nTo consider, and if thought fit, approve the special resolution, as more\n particularly set forth in the accompanying Management Information\n Circular, authorizing and approving the Corporation to change the name\n of the Corporation to "Golden Lion Resources Ltd." or such other name\n as the Board of Directors, in their discretion, may resolve.\n\n\nTo consider, and if thought fit, approve the ordinary resolution of\n disinterested shareholders, as more particularly set forth in the\n accompanying Management Information Circular prepared for the purpose\n of the Meeting, relating to the approval of the sale of the Bear\n Property to Silver Bear Mines Inc.\n\n\nThe following five  (5) incumbent directors were re-elected for the\n coming year:\n\n\nD.
