[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nTSXV: SRW\nFRANKFURT: A0BLQQ\n\nCALGARY, Aug. 9 /CNW/ - Solid Resources (\"SRW\"-TSXV) is pleased to\nannounce that it has received Dr. Rolf Burkhardt's report on the diamond drill\nprogram that was carried out on the El Sacrificio project in Durango, Mexico\nduring the period from December 2005 to May 2006. Dr. Burkhardt was the\ngeologist in charge of the work program in Mexico and resides in Spain. All\nthe information contained in this news release was taken from Dr. Burkhardt's\nreport which was received at Solid's office on July 26, 2006. During this\nperiod four holes were drilled, all at forty-five degrees with a total length\nof 1856.25 meters. 599 samples of one meter core length were split and sent to\nAcme Analytical Labs in Vancouver, BC. However, all the core is mineralized\nand, as a result, much more core splitting and assaying must be done.\nThree of the four drill holes were collared with no overburden and one\nhole had less than one meter overburden.
