The Company's Management believes that these two gentlemen will help\nto move Solid forward to its ultimate success.\nMr. Rieche has a BA in Economics and has 20 years experience in\nInternational project management, logistics planning and corporate finance\nhaving worked with resource based industries and financial institutions world\nwide. He has helped to develop and finance mining projects in both North\nAmerica and South America along with energy projects, oil and gas projects,\nfisheries projects and forestry projects in many different areas in the world.\nMr. Rieche has worked with NGO's and was a lead consultant in preparing a\nreport submitted to the United Nations which examined options for legitimizing\nthe mining of Coltan and Tantalum in National Parks and Wildlife refuges in\nthe Congo. Mr. Rieche is a co-founder of and partner in SKU Media Corp., a\npublic relations and marketing company.\nMr. Barbiero has been a successful leader in the business community for\nover 20 years. After successfully completing an undergraduate degree in\ncommerce from Simon Fraser University, Mr. Barbiero applied his financial\nbackground in a five year career as an accountant for a leading forest company\nin British Columbia (MacMilaan Bloedel Ltd.)\nRecognizing he could make significant positive impacts through a sales\nand marketing career, Mr. Barbiero applied his natural relationship skills,\nfluency in four languages (including English, French, Italian and Greek) and\naffinity for sales into a career that has now spanned 15 successful years in\nthe Environmental industry, at Clean Harbors Canada, a company that provides a\nvariety of environmental services to large, industrial clients. Mr. Barbiero\nquickly rose to his current position as Director of Sales. Previous to this\nposition, he was Corporate Accounts Director, working for the largest\nHazardous Waste Company on the continent. Mr. Barbiero continues to manage and\nnetwork with senior managers across North America on a daily basis.
