Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network to implement Medworxx Utilization Management System as the foundation of their utilization management program

The implementation will include\nHalton Healthcare Services Corporation, The Credit Valley Hospital, and the\nTrillium Health Centre. The Mississauga Halton LHIN is one of 14 LHINs in\nOntario that were established by the Government of Ontario in order to plan,\nfund, and monitor health care services at the local level.\n\n\nCanadian Healthcare Management, a health care consulting firm whose role\nis to assist hospitals in improving patient outcomes by helping foster an\nintegrated, quality of care management process, will work with the LHIN and\neach of the hospitals on establishing this utilization management program.
