Medworxx has sold ERS to five customers (four\nin the US and one in Canada) who are currently implementing the solution.\nMedworxx ERS is a web-based platform designed to enhance a hospital's\nresiliency in the face of disasters and every day emergencies.\n\n\n"Medworxx provides a tool box of resources for hospital emergency\nmanagers to more effectively organize their increasingly complex\nresponsibilities," said Dr. Carl Goodman, Director Disaster & Emergency at\nBrookehaven Medical Center in New York. Medworxx ERS maximizes efficiency and\nflexibility in a hospital's current Mitigation, Preparation, Response and\nRecovery cycle by enhancing collaboration, cooperation and communication\nwithin and between facilities.\n\n\n"Our health region looks forward to being one of the first to implement\nthis software to improve the way we communicate and manage our emergencies and\ndisasters," said Ian Turner, Quality Management Supervisor, Emergency Medical\nServices in Palliser Health Region, located in south-eastern Alberta. "The\nsoftware will allow the Palliser Health Region to provide a vast amount of\ninformation to staff, physicians, media, and public, as well as tracking and\nrecording capabilities throughout the spectrum of a disaster, from\npreparedness to recovery. This software program will be an incredibly valuable\nresource to help protect the people within our region."\n\n\nThe early adopters will be playing an active role in helping to guide,\ndefine and test product functionality, workflow, and enhancements to the\nMedworxx ERS, including areas such as tracking of resources, skills, exercises\nand drills, and providing readiness assessment reports.
