Regent Pacific Properties Announces Grant of Stock Options

EDMONTON, ALBERTA / TheNewswire / August 28, 2018 - Regent Pacific Properties Inc. (TSX-V:RPP) ("Regent" or the "Corporation") wishes to announce that, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the board of directors has approved a grant of stock options to directors and employees of the Corporation to purchase an aggregate of 800,000 common shares pursuant to its stock option plan. These options have an exercise price of $0.10 per common share and expire on August 27, 2023.
