(OTC Pink: OTHM) (PINKSHEETS: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator recently merged with E-Network de Costa Rica SA ("E-Net") -- soon to be known as Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. [pending FINRA approval], announced today that the Company has officially adopted the new name, Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., and has initiated a new branding initiative.

The Company, over this past weekend, launched its new website www.purenow.solutions in anticipation of the newly revitalized organization. "Things are progressing quite well," stated Melvin Pereira, President and CEO of Pure Hospitality Solutions. "We are now slated to become a strong and rejuvenated Company that should ultimately leave a large footprint in Costa Rica; especially in Jaco Beach."

According to a Senior Board Member, the Company is working toward receiving FINRA's approval for a formal name and ticker change; expected to be finalized within the coming weeks. "For all intents and purposes, we are Pure Hospitality Solutions," commented the Board Member. "We expect to meet all of FINRA's requirements this week and anticipate receiving FINRA's approval to complete our transformation."
