LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Oct 14, 2014) - Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (OTC Pink: OTHM) (PINKSHEETS: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, recently merged with E-Network de Costa Rica SA ("E-Net") -- soon to be known as Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. [pending FINRA approval] -- announced today that at the start of this November, the Company will launch one of its two primary revenue generating initiatives; vacation rentals.

Management expects that the Company will soon be able to take full advantage of Costa Rica's 'Peak Season' -- November through March -- giving Pure Hospitality Solutions the ability to begin generating immediate/near-term revenues, by renting its Bahia Encantada units. Management has indicated that they will aggressively begin marketing the Bahia Encantada portfolio within the next 10 days, renting its luxury resort type condominium units through traditional property advertising sources.

The Company plans to first rent all of the Bahia Encantada units that it currently owns and/or falls under its acquisition arrangement. Leveraging only seasoned rental agents, the Company will not yet look to rent any of the few condos outside of its purview with its FROL (Friendly Reservations Online) booking engine. However, management indicates that once the FROL is officially re-launched, the Company will extend its daily rental services to all Bahia Encantada units under the new brand -- "by PURE."

Mr. Pereira continued, "Slow and steady wins the race and that is exactly how we will proceed forward. First, we will nibble at the low hanging fruit -- peak season vacation rentals. These revenues will ensure that the Company's operations can fund itself. Then, we take down the larger prey -- condominium sales. These revenues will substantiate and increase the Company's restructured values."
