[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8804C Redcentric PLC 30 June 2016 \n\n30 June 2016\nRedcentric plc\n(\"Redcentric\", \"the Company\" or \"the Group\")\n \nIssue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \nRedcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announces that on 30 June 2016 it received notices of exercise in relation to the exercise of employee share options over 225,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") issued under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan.\nAccordingly, application has been made for the 225,000 new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the option exercises to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\").
