The dividend will be paid on 5th September 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 August 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 30 July 2014.\n \nRedcentric also announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from tomorrow morning. Copies of the Report and Accounts together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders at the end of June.
