[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7518S\n Redcentric PLC\n 18 November 2021\n \n \n \n \n Redcentric plc\n \n \n (\"Redcentric\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n Board Changes\n \n \n Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) (\"Redcentric\" or the \"Company\"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Bate as independent non-executive chairman of the Company, chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee, following notification in July of Ian Johnson's intention to step down. Ian Johnson has stepped down from the board and his position as chairman of the Company, and Nick will join the board of directors of the Company (the \"Board\") with immediate effect. \n \n \n Nick is an experienced chairman and non-executive director of a portfolio of companies across the data, communications, software and financial services sectors, and most recently was on the board of directors of Nasstar plc for over 6 years. Nick has a proven track record in delivering successful growth through the application of his financial, commercial and operational skills and strong experience in corporate M&A transactions. Nick is a chartered management accountant.\n \n \n Redcentric further announces that, after nearly five years in office, Jon Kempster, non-executive director and chairman of the Company's audit committee, has notified the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company's next annual general meeting in September 2022. The Board will commence a search process and a further announcement regarding Jon's replacement will be made in due course. \n \n \n Peter Brotherton, Chief Executive Officer, commented:\n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Nick to Redcentric on behalf of the Board.
