Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Redcentric plc announced the appointment of Tony Ratcliffe as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective immediately. Mr. Ratcliffe has over 25 years of senior financial management experience in technology and service companies, including leading the AIM IPO and restructuring of SourceBio International, resulting in a fourfold revenue increase and significant profitability growth over two years. He was previously a director of several companies, including SourceBio International Limited and, until March 1, 2020, Metalysis Limited, which went into administration in June 2019, leaving approximately £5 million outstanding to creditors. This experience extends across a number of high growth sectors, including healthcare, software and materials science. Most recently, Tony was CFO of SourceBio International, a healthcare technology group, where he led its AIM IPO and a successful restructuring which contributed to a fourfold increase in revenues and significant increase in profitability over a two-year period. In prior CFO roles, Tony has acquired varied operational, transactional, and strategic experience and driven significant growth, both organically and via M&A, with an ultimate focus on creating value for shareholders.\n \nTony qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.\n \nMichelle Senecal De Fonseca, CEO, commented: \"I would like to welcome Tony to the Redcentric Board and look forward to working with him as we look to grow the business.
