Notice of Annual General Meeting

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development company, with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons, principally in Africa and Australia, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be published and posted today to the Company's shareholders, except for those shareholders, who have elected to receive documents in electronic form and who will have received an e-mail notification.

The AGM will be held at WeWork, 71-91 Aldwych House, London WC2B 4HN, ROOM 2K on Thursday 19 February 2026, at 9:00 am.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy vote, appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy in advance of the meeting to ensure that their votes are registered.
