[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9709Z Red Rock Resources plc 24 January 2011 \n \n\n \nRED ROCK RESOURCES PLC\n \nExercise of Options\n \nDated: 24 January 2011\n \nRed Rock Resources PLC (\"Red Rock\" or the \"Company\") has been notified of the exercise by Robert Weicker on 21 January of 250,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at a price of 1.25 pence per share and 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.2 pence per share. As a result of this exercise of options, Robert Weicker holds 375,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
